Background
Established in early 2003, Gondwana Consulting is a growing family based business with brothers Alan and Andrew Ginns serving as Directors. Together, they have 40 years experience in both the public and private sectors. This extensive experience includes over 30 years in a variety of planning and management roles with three conservation land management agencies – in New South Wales, Victoria and the Northern Territory –15 years of which was in senior or managerial roles within these agencies.
Most recently Alan has been responsible for a diversity of projects successfully completed in private practice as Gondwana Consulting while Andrew, prior to joining Gondwana Consulting in early 2006, completed a range of projects working for an Australian multinational consulting firm.
Gondwana Consulting adopts a strong practical problem-solving and typically consultative approach that generates products or solutions for clients that are achievable, effective, and will “work” in the field. As a small consultancy we offer flexibility and the advantage of personalised “start-to-finish” involvement of a Director throughout a project - allowing for the maximum continuity of process, subject matter, issues, and liaison. We also have the ability to call on a network of supporting specialists as required.
In recent years Gondwana Consulting expanded with the addition of experienced personnel to assist in meeting the needs of our growing client base.
